CommunityViz Version 3 includes two components: Scenario 360 and SiteBuilder 3D. You must use Scenario 360, but SiteBuilder 3D is optional. These are ArcGIS extensions that literally “extend” the capabilities of ArcMap and ArcScene to provide impact analysis, indicator tracking, and alternative comparison. In ArcGIS, all registered/installed extensions are loaded into the application at startup. The extensions list is available by clicking the ArcGIS Tools menu and then the Extensions option. Click to place or remove the check mark next to Scenario 360 and SiteBuilder 3D. Checking the extension “on” merely validates the license and tells the buttons/functionality that they are OK to be used. Checking “off” the extension releases the license and tells the functionality it can’t be used.
Note: If you are using a network license, you can turn off the extensions to free up licenses for other network license users.
The extensions list is available by clicking the ArcMap Tools menu and then the Extensions... option. Click to place or remove the checkmark next to SiteBuilder 3D.
