After changing assumptions or running alerts in ArcScene, you may need to Refresh the affected layers to update their appearance. Right click on the layer name in the table of contents and choose Refresh. Changes you make in ArcScene are not reflected in ArcMap until you click Refresh Analysis from the Scenario 360 toolbar menu in ArcMap, and vice versa.
