Dynamic features created in one scenario are not automatically created in other scenarios in your analysis. Layers do, they show up in new scenarios but they are empty. If you want, you can copy features from one scenario to another. Start editing Scenario A, copy the desired features from any given dynamic layer, stop editing, switch to Scenario B, start editing, select the Create New Features option and the correct layer from the ArcMap Edit toolbar, and paste the features into the new layer.
