
View and edit the name or description of a data layer Geographic information is displayed on a map as layers; each layer represents a particular type of feature such as streams, lakes, or highways. A layer references geographic data stored in a data source, such as a coverage, and defines how to display it., make a layer dynamic, and add attributes to a layer from within Scenario 360 data properties.
Viewing the properties of a data layer from
the Work Flow view
Open the 360 Setup tab Work Flow view.
Click once on Data
.
Click once on the data name you wish to view and
click the Properties button
or double-click the data name.
If you wish, you can filter the list of attributes displayed.
Viewing the properties of a data layer from
the Tree view
Open the 360 Setup tab Tree view.
Click the + next to the Data folder to expand the folder.
Right-click on the data name you wish to view and click Properties on the pop-up menu or double-click on the data name.
If you wish, you can filter the list of attributes displayed.
You can retrieve a complete set of properties for a data layer by right-clicking on the layer name in the ArcMap table of contents and clicking Properties on the pop-up menu.
