The Presentation Toolbar

The Presentation toolbar provides immediate access to tools frequently used for sharing your work, including 3D tools, the Analysis Publisher, Symbology Saver,  and the WebShots wizard.

Access the Presentation toolbar by clicking the Scenario 360 drop-down menu on the Scenario 360 toolbar, pointing to Presentation and clicking Show Presentation Toolbar.

Some of the buttons may be unavailable (grayed out) depending on whether the function is available on your computer and whether you have set up appropriate 3D scenes (for the 3D tools), have appropriate licenses(for the Analysis Publisher) or have at least one dynamic layer (for WebShots).  Hover your cursor over any button to get a tooltip giving its name, and read the status message on your status bar (usually at the lower left of your screen) for additional information.
