You can export a chart into a variety of industry-standard image formats for use in presentations. These include BMP, JPEG, and GIF.
Right-click on the chart you wish to save as an image and click Save Chart as Image on the pop-up menu.
Navigate to the folder you wish to save your image file (for easy portability, you can use your analysis Compare Images folder or Reports/Images folder).
Click the Save as type drop-down list and select the file type you wish to export your map document to (.bmp, .gif, .jpg).
BMP files are simple, native Windows raster images.
JPEG and GIF files are compressed image files. They are the best choice for use on the web because they provide more control over output resolution and quality and are more compact than many other file types.
Type a name for your image file (if saving an image in .gif or .jpg format, make sure you remove the .bmp file extension in the image file name).
Click Save.
